An inquiry starts the conversation. No payment is available through this form. Only after I accept your project and we agree on the details will I send a private invitation for a nonrefundable 33% deposit. The shoot must be scheduled and take place within 45 calendar days of deposit acceptance. After a short-notice cancellation, one reschedule is allowed within that same original window; the deadline does not reset. Another 33% is due by start of the shoot; the final 34% before high-quality delivery.
Basic event coverage uses one camera, camera-mounted light, and general automatic editing. No physical print rights in the base package. Add $100 for commercial print rights and full-resolution digital files. Special-event equipment, staffing and hours are agreed in the proposal. Private Only are shoots where I will only deliver finished photos to the client, and I will not use them in my marketing, social media, or portfolio.

Having married, raised a family, started businesses, and built a career, Phoenix picked up the pen again in recent years as he battled with decisions to divorce, move, and rebuild himself from his ashes.
