Photography involves two different sets of rights: permission concerning the creation and use of photographs, and permission to use the photographs themselves. The documents below provide the standard terms used by Trenton Phoenix Photography. Sample copies are provided for review so clients, participants, and image licensees can understand the applicable terms before booking, participating, purchasing, or downloading.
Personal Use Digital License:
For photographs purchased or downloaded for personal use - $9.99/Individual or $249.99 whole gallery option.
The Personal Use Digital License explains how Trenton Phoenix Photography images may be used by an individual for personal, non-commercial purposes, including personal digital use and social-media sharing. Copyright remains with Trenton Phoenix Media LLC / Trenton Phoenix Photography, and commercial, organizational, promotional, or other professional use requires a separate Commercial Use License.

Commercial Image Use License:
For businesses, organizations, publications, events, and other professional users - $649.99/Individual or $4,999/whole gallery option.
The Commercial Use License defines the rights granted when Trenton Phoenix Photography imagery is licensed for commercial, promotional, organizational, informational, or professional use. It covers permitted uses such as websites, social media, advertising, publications, presentations, printed materials, signage, and other authorized business applications while copyright remains with Trenton Phoenix Media LLC / Trenton Phoenix Photography.

Limited (Promotional) Commercial Use License:
For businesses, organizations, publications, events, and other professional users - 10 Free Full Resolution Digital Downloads.
The Limited (Promotional) Commercial Use License provides qualifying businesses and venues with limited promotional usage rights to select, full-resolution, unwatermarked photographs produced by Trenton Phoenix Photography. This is to created to establish a new high-value working relationship.
The complimentary introductory license permits organic social media and website marketing for 90 days from the effective date, covering only the specific images identified in the agreement, up to 10 images. Paid advertising, printed materials, and other commercial applications require separate written authorization.
Watermarked photographs published on Trenton Phoenix Photography's official social media accounts may be shared or reposted independently, provided the watermark remains intact and the originating account is tagged.
This document is provided for advance review. Commercial usage rights are granted only through an agreement completed and issued by Trenton Phoenix Photography.

TF Photo Release:
For collaborative and time-for-photography projects.
The TF Photo Release establishes the terms for photography created through a collaborative session in which the participant receives agreed photographic consideration rather than commissioning the session as a paying client. It addresses permission to photograph, use of the resulting imagery, participant usage rights, copyright ownership, and the terms governing the collaboration.
Commissioned Photo Release:
For individuals or organizations commissioning photography services.
The Commissioned Photo Release establishes the photography and image-use terms applicable to a commissioned session or project. It addresses permission to photograph, copyright ownership, permitted use of the resulting work, and the respective rights of the client and Trenton Phoenix Photography. Project-specific terms, deliverables, privacy provisions, or licensing arrangements may also apply when specified in the applicable booking or agreement.
